Gina Armstrong, Deputy Director, has been with the Consortium since 2000. Gina also is Director of the Cancer Services Program.

Bob Usis, Senior Communications Manager

Bob Usis is Senior Communications Manager. Bob joined the Healthcare Consortium in September 1998.

Lisa Thomas, Senior Program Director
Covering the Uninsured

Lisa has been involved with the Healthcare Consortium since 2003. In June 2006 Lisa was promoted to Senior Program Director, administering the Covering the Uninsured program and performing all aspects of quality control.

Karen dePeyster, Program Director
Rip Van Winkle Tobacco-Free Coalition of Columbia & Greene

Karen joined the Healthcare Consortium in August 2002 to pilot the consolidation of anti-tobacco efforts in the twin counties and become one entity.

Darcy Connor, Outreach & Case Management Coordinator
Cancer Services Program

Darcy came to The Healthcare Consortium in Spring 2001. She immediately took the reigns of the Healthy Women Partnership (now Cancer Services Program) and steadily built up the number of women accessing important health screenings.

Kathy Houston, Administrative Assistant

Kathy worked as Data Manager for the Facilitated Enrollment Program (now Covering the Uninsured) from its beginning in 2003. In July of 2011 she took over as assistant to the Executive Director. She continues to  assist our Spanish-speaking clients with the eligibility and application processes, and with making appointments for the Cancer Services Program screenings.  

Paul Knott, Transportation Coordinator
Healthcare Consortium Medical Transportation Service

Paul jumped right in when he came aboard to be a driver in January 2007. His managerial skills were  immediately recognized and he was recruited to be the Transportation Coordinator.

Rachel VanDenbergh, Enrollment Counselor
Covering the Uninsured

Rachel travels throughout Greene County to conduct eligibility interviews for clients applying for affordable health insurance. When she is at our main office in Hudson she screens applicants by phone and meets with clients to assist with applications for insurance.

Jeanette Neven, Fiscal Manager

Jeanette joined the Healthcare Consortium in mid April 2008 to help out in the fiscal office.

Rip Van Winkle Tobacco-Free Action of Columbia & Greene

Lisa came to work for the Rip Van Winkle Tobacco-Free Coalition in late April 2008. She helps develop awareness campaigns against tobacco use in the twin counties.

Lynn Sanders, Intake & Case Management Coordinator

Lynn joined the Healthcare Consortium's Cancer Services program in late May 2008. She brings years of experience working with diverse populations and a bright, cheerful personality to the job.

Kids in Motion Childhood Obesity Prevention Program

Kari is a fitness expert and extremely enthusiastic about getting kids on the right track to eating healthy and remaining physically active.

Dodie Rollins, Enrollment Counselor

Dodie travels to sites in Columbia County to assist with applications for Medicaid, Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus.

Financial Consultant

Maureen joined us in Spring 2001 as a consultant. She has helped us navigate tremendous growth in both grants and staff.

Lynda brings years of experience and tremendous knowledge of available services to this newly-funded program.

Marian Hannah, Outreach Coordinator
Cancer Services Program

Marian originally joined the Healthcare Consortium in 2008 as a temporary building receptionist. In July of 2011 she joined the staff of the Cancer Services Program as Outreach Coordinator.

Jim Funk
Healthcare Consortium Medical Transportation Service

Jim joined the Healthcare Consortium in January 2010. He will aid the Transportation Coordinator with scheduling and dispatching.

Prescription Access, Greene County

Dianne joined the Consortium to assist the residents of Greene County in their applications for reduced cost or free prescription services.
