Case Management: 
Case managers facilitate timely access to quality medical care from pre-diagnosis through treatment.  Provide patient education and assist with patient-doctor communication.

Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program: 
Provides a client full Medicaid coverage for the duration of his or her treatment when an individual receives screening or diagnosis through a participating provider of the Cancer Services Program, and has a diagnosis of breast, cervical, colon or prostate cancer, or a pre-cancerous lesion and is in need of treatment.  Our Case Managers will assist the client in the completion of the application for the Medicaid Cancer Treatment Program.
