This program is designed to provide medical transportation to low-income individuals
who lack any other means of getting to a medical appointment.

Our operating hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday thru Friday.

If you need help getting to a health-related appointment, call us to see if you qualify.

The Healthcare Consortium's Medical Transportation Service is located at 
The Healthcare Consortium, 325 Columbia Street in Hudson.

We provide services to all Columbia County residents, including:


Residents living on a fixed income such as Social Security Income or Disability Insurance.

Eligible Medicaid participants who have prior approval from Social Services.

Residents unable to afford or access public transportation services in their residential area.

Mini Bus Transportation Service

Our Mini Bus Transportation Service for the Elderly and Disabled featuring a
handicapped-accessible mini bus with 2 wheelchair tie downs operates
Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM.  Call The Healthcare Consortium

Public Bus Transportation

Public Transportation is available to ALL residents of Columbia County.
