The AIDS Council provides assistance, advocacy and coordination of referrals for individuals living with HIV and AIDS, their families, partners and friends. Case Management assesses needs and makes referrals if required, to meet needs such as: medical care, housing, substance abuse treatment, clothing, food, etc. Support services provide short term counseling, support groups, information and education, social and recreational activities, monthly dinner programs and limited emergency financial assistance. A transportation program links consumers with other transportation to provide access to health care and health facilities. Mon. - Fri.: 9 am - 5 p.m.
