SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES
- Offers outreach, information and referral services and a 24 hr. crisis service.
- Sponsors programs for youth and adults in schools and other community institutions to develop positive, healthy behaviors and life skills.
- Insurance generally covers fees, if not, fees are on a sliding scale related to income.

Twin Counties Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services provides outpatient medically supervised services for alcohol and substance abuse. The following services are available:
- Evaluation and Assessment
- Individual counseling
- Group counseling, family counseling
- Education
- Information and referrals
- 24 hr. crisis answering service
- Educational presentations to county schools
All major insurance, including NY State Medicaid, is accepted. A sliding scale fee is available for the uninsured or underinsured. Service will not be denied because of inability to pay.
