This program, known as WRAP, helps senior citizens with energy related problems or needs. A WRAP representative will visit your home to assess your needs, then develop a plan that you agree will meet your needs. The energy packager will then help link you to weatherization, energy and other human services and programs in your community. Your household must be eligible for the Home Energy Assistance Program. Provides energy audits to eligible owners and renters, in order to find the best way to make homes energy efficient. Weatherization measures--furnace repair or replacement, insulation, air sealing and other measures-are installed to make residences safe, comfortable and less expensive to heat.
